Cancellation Policy

Membership: Membership dues are non-refundable.

Annual Conference: The cancellation/refund deadline is 45 days before the conference. Cancellations received in writing to [email protected] at least 45 days before the conference will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after that are non-refundable. Transfers/substitutions are allowed if requested by email to [email protected] at least two weeks before the conference.
